Chef de Partie
Tokar Estate Winery located in the heart of the Yarra Valley has an opening for a passionate and innovative chef to join us as we gear up for the busy season.
You will produce high quality food for our restaurant guests using the freshest seasonal produce alongside our small kitchen team. Our ethos is about minimising waste with an emphasis on using local suppliers and highlighting the Yarra Valley region.
The successful applicant would be required to work weekend shifts on both Saturday and Sunday for lunch service, with additional hours available midweek if desired. We will occasionally require flexible availability to work evening functions as needed. A full time role could be made available for the right candidate, however part-time and casual seeking applicants are encouraged to apply.

Wait Staff
We are seeking wait staff with availability Saturday & Sunday for lunch shifts and the occasional evening function. We require our staff to be professional, energetic, and confident liaising with customers.
Experienced and passionate industry professionals are encouraged to apply and will be paid for their experience accordingly, however we provide full training and award wages for those with the right attitude looking to enter the workplace in their first hospitality job.

Cellar Door Staff
Tokar Estate is looking for a Cellar Door team member who is fun and energetic to provide a memorable wine tasting experience to our guests.
Wine can be very serious, sometimes too serious, so we are looking for someone with great people skills, who loves a joke and is good at telling stories to make tastings fun, education and memorable. Having sound wine knowledge is desired and hospitality experience would be a great plus however extensive training would be provided to a candidate with the right attitude and a genuine interest in the wine industry.
Our recently converted American-style barn is an elegant and vibrant space which is now home to our modern cellar door. This space will be also able to host small outdoor events throughout Spring & Summer. The position will require you to be on site in the Yarra Valley Saturday for day shifts.
