The Tokar family can still be found welcoming new and old friends to our cellar door.
Let us, and our knowledgeable staff guide you through the distinctive and award-winning wines grown, made, and bottled at Tokar Estate. Visit our stunning new Cellar Door and enjoy the hospitality in our elegantly renovated old family barn.
Curate your own personalised tasting of five wines from our extensive Estate range for $12pp (refundable on purchase) or $15 for our Premium tasting flight. With over ten different wines to select from across Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals, you’re sure to find a favourite.
Cheese and charcuterie items available to order on the day. Both indoor and outdoor seating available, with toasty fire pits and mulled wine in Winter and Spring plus complimentary picnic rugs to borrow in Summer and Autumn.

Please note a 15% surcharge applies to on-premise beverages, food items and tasting experiences on public holidays. Takeaway bottle sales are exempt from the surcharge.

Cellar Door Experiences
We are about so much more than just a wine tasting.
In addition to our regular tasting experience, you can choose to upgrade to a Premium Tasting Flight for $15 and discover the rich history of Tokar by trying our museum collection.
Cuvee Chocolate x Tokar Estate
A perfectly paired chocolate and wine experience.
Sip on four single vineyard wines from our portfolio, each matched to Master Chocolatier Deniz Karaca's stone-ground chocolates. Cuvée source the worlds best single origin cocoa beans from across the globe that make their small batch handcrafted chocolate tablets. The expertly matched Tokar Estate wines for this experience include our light and bright Rosé, Carafe and Tumbler Pinot Shiraz Blend, reserve Amphora Tempranillo and Coldstream Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
(Each flight is equivalent to 1.5 standard drinks and is a duration of 45 minutes)This experience is recommended to pre-bookings available Thursdays and Fridays, Saturday before noon and Sundays.

Shiraz
Wine of the Month
As the days get cooler, we find ourselves craving and preparing heartier meals, or opting for nights in front of a cosy fire or great movie.
Shiraz is the perfect pairing for those nights, so from the 13th of July, we will be offering our all new Shiraz tasting flight for $12.
This is a unique flight that showcases our own expressions of this variety - and you'll get to try the below wines.

- 2019 Yarra Valley Shiraz
- 2021 Coldstream Vineyard Shiraz
- 2021 Carafe and Tumbler CST
A perfect option for winter, beautifully expressed with Yarra Valley structure across different vintages, this red wine will take centre stage at our cellar door with a number of experiences.
We are offering a special mid-week Shiraz experience for two, where you will enjoy our Shiraz tasting flight, a charcuterie platter with freshly baked sourdough bread and any bottle of Shiraz of your choosing to enjoy with your platter - $75 for two.
A special pack is on offer for the month- including six of our best selling Shiraz wines- a mix of a blend, Yarra Valley, Coldstream Vineyard and Reserve releases. Shipping is available, however if you pick up the pack yourself, we will include the tasting flight experience at no cost!
