Terms and Conditions

Credit card details are be taken for all special events bookings, and weekend bookings. You will only be be charged as per the cancellation policy if required. Final numbers are to be confirmed 24 hours in advance, after this point you will be charged as per the booked number of guests regardless of the number of guests in attendance on the day.

Tokar Estate reserves the right to cancel any reservation that arrives more than 30 minutes late.

Please note that our menu will often change without warning due to seasonal produce supply, whilst we aim to aim to have menus online up to date, sometimes this is not the case.

Group Bookings 12+

Credit card details are required for all bookings over 12 guests, bookings over 20 guests are also required to pay a $250 deposit to secure the reservation. 

In the unfortunate event of a total cancellation within 5 days, a $50pp fee may apply

Any deposits paid to secure larger bookings will be held in lieu of a new booking date in the event of a cancelation. 

Final numbers are to be confirmed 24 hours in advance. After this point you will be charged as per the booked number of guests regardless of any booking reductions

Public Holidays

Kindly note all public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge across all transactions, which reflects the increase in staff costs to operate

Sunday Surcharge 

10% Sunday surcharge applies to all transactions, this is due to increased labour costs on those days. We appreciate your understanding

Dietary Requirements

We offer vegetarian, vegan and allergy sensitive meals for all guests dietary requirements, however we require at least 24 hours notice to facilitate your requests. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free. 

Cancellation and No Show Booking Policy

We require 24 hours notice in the event of a total cancellation of weekend bookings, or a $50 per person fee applies in line with our minimum spend. In the event of a same day cancellation Tokar Estate may charge you in accordance with this policy. Flexibility is given at the discretion of Tokar management.

All special event and public holiday bookings will be strictly charged for all cancellations within 24 hours notice. Special conditions may apply to these dates and will be advised at the time of booking.
